PEPSI COLA PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING PROJECTS ProjDel’s Project Management consultants supported Pepsi’s high-level managers in the execution of worldwide product development and commercialization projects. Our project managers provided leadership to Pepsi's high performance work teams. The average work team can consist of more than 75 individuals with various backgrounds and cultures. Team members are often members from the international scientific community, brand partners, food scientists, product developers and other core business functions. We developed a project plan to guide the team through the product development and commercialization process. In addition, we enhanced the teams effectiveness by proactively administrating the project and assuring that activities occur as planned. Completed projects included: new & improved beverages, the design & construction of a Technical Center & Plant, three new Dairy Plants and associated lines and multitude of packaging equipment.
