Facility Assessments
ProjDel assessments support a variety of client requirements, to include: base line information/criteria for master planning, planning/programming for renovations and/or new construction, and operations and maintenance deficiencies. We also conduct facility assessments in support of natural disaster response teams, such as occurred following Hurricane Hugo.

ProjDel is tasked to organized, multi-disciplinary team of engineering personnel which may include the following disciplines: mechanical; electrical; structural; fire protection; architectural; hazardous environmental engineers; and professional planning personnel.

Facility Assessment categories may include:

  • Listing and description of buildings, systems, equipment, etc. with description of identified deficiencies;
  • CAD drawings/as-builts for cross-referencing the narrative report and to assist in identifying the location of the deficiency;
  • Recommendations for actions to correct identified deficiencies;
  • Associated costs estimates to accomplish the recommended corrective actions.
Startup Management
ProjDel will plan and manage your business startup or relocation to reduce the overall disruption to your operation and improve the transition from your current site into a new site. ProjDel will:
  • Work with the operations staff to qualify new equipment and train personnel on new procedures.
  • Work with owners to develop detailed plans and budgets covering a move or new build
  • Specify and obtain quotations for new furniture and office equipment
  • Select a mover and negotiate a moving contract
  • Coordinate and manage the movement of all office, warehouse and factory equipment
  • Coordinate logistics associated with moving computer networks, including providing IT professionals to assist in the move, develop a new network or reconnect an existing network
  • Manage the movement or transfer or telecommunication equipment and services and provide a necessary personnel training.
  • Handle logistics associated with the Internet, E-mail and Web Hosting Services
  • Set up accounts with utilities
  • Manage any building construction, where applicable.
