New Product Initiatives, Valhalla, New York. ProjDel augmented the internal Project Support Office. We enhanced their aggregate planning methodology, which was responsible for reducing time to market of new products, processes and packages. New product developments projects included:

Market Research Automation, Valhalla, New York. ProjDel automated the process for deploying resources to achieve research commitments throughout the department. This included the installation of an enterprise project management system, training and other customized tools.
Quickslam, Sommers, New York (team consulting). As a team member, our responsibility included planning of the total effort necessary to bring the new SKU, a 20 oz pet bottle, to the marketplace.
Harrisburg Production and Distribution Center, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (team consulting). As a team member, our responsibility included facility assessment, HR planning and program management of the conversion and consolidation of a series of warehouses into a newly constructed production and distribution center.
Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), Cincinnati, Ohio. As the 17th largest public housing authority in the United States, CMHA received a high performer designation from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The score is a combined total of four subsystems, including physical condition, resident satisfaction, financial condition, and management operations. Promoting this success, ProjDel conducted and exhaustive study of CMHA’s spare parts inventory, warehousing and retrieval systems. We made recommendations to improve efficiency of the system and reduce cost and manpower in its operations.
Salt Lake Regional Medical Center, Salt Lake City, Utah. Renovated by IASIS Healthcare, which owns and operates 14 general, acute-care hospitals and five ambulatory surgery centers, this facility was built in 1875 as one of the first hospital facilities in the Salt Lake Valley. The facility currently comprises a 316,000 square foot structure with a license for 200 beds. There are two medical office buildings on campus utilizing another 76,000 square feet of clinical and physician office space. ProjDel provided total program planning in the conceptual engineering, design and conversion of the general hospital into a high quality acute-care facility.
