Services and Results
Team members were often members from the international scientific community, brand partners, food scientists, product developers and other core business functions. ProjDel led the development of the project plans that guided the team through the product development and commercialization process. In addition, we enhanced the team’s effectiveness by proactively administrating the project and assuring that tasks occurred as planned.
The project scopes would always incorporate improvements to product, package and/or processes. Often times, new categories meant a reassessment of the product delivery system and the capabilities of plants to produce at the required capacities with respect to their technical expertise, space utilization, raw material handling systems, and personal competencies.
Frappiccino introduced
the retort process; a
process for heating milk
to kill microorganisms. In
addition, new plants were constructed to achieve volume projections and support distribution channels.

Aquafina, required
a higher reduction
in microorganisms
between product changeovers vs. the production of a carbonated product.

The redesign of
All Sport packaging
meant controlling the
quality of a two stage
PET Bottle production process which used an injection mold preform to assure package consistency, integrity and quality.
