The Wright-Dunbar Village Redevelopment involved a public and private partnership to revitalize an aged, urban community that had suffered years of disinvestments. The scope of the project consisted of the redevelopment of a 5 square block, historic community over a 2-year period. The community is a key component in the City of Dayton, Ohio’s strategy to celebrate the 100th year anniversary of flight in 2003.

Working under direct contract to the City of Dayton, ProjDel served as the Project Manager for the development and Agency Construction Manager for a $1 million renovation component of the project. ProjDel’s achievements included:
- the development and implementation of a county-wide marketing program to sale properties,
- the establishment and orchestration of a lottery program for the distribution of properties targeted for renovation.
- the collaboration with the Dayton area Home Builders Association to erect houses on lots targeted for infill and
- the coordination of $13 million dollars in public Improvements to streets, sidewalks, utilities and a new state park.
